Join us for this 90-minute virtual hands-on workshop that pulls back the curtain on the editorial process through live, collaborative editing.
Court Harler, a seasoned editor in the literary industry, leads a dynamic session that begins with an overview of industry standards and editorial philosophy, then dedicates the remaining time to live professional editing. Participants can enter a random draw for the chance to have their work edited during the session—watching as Court explains each choice, answers questions in real time, and demonstrates how editors think through revisions. Even if your piece isn’t selected, you gain invaluable insight by observing the editorial mind at work and asking questions throughout the process.
