Write your memoir in one year.
Have a story you’ve been carrying around for years? Ready to commit to finally getting it on the page?
The Memoir Incubator is a yearlong program that guides and supports writers from their initial story ideas to a completed manuscript. You’ll move through four phases—conception, drafting, reader feedback, and revision—alongside a small community of fellow writers, led by Peer Artist Leaders who write right along with you. Daily Slack check-ins and biweekly Zoom sessions keep you accountable the whole year through.
This program is ideal for writers who’ve struggled to finish a full-length project on their own, and who are ready to commit 10 to 14 hours a week to the process.

The program meets from 7 to 9 p.m. ET / 4 to 6 p.m. PT every other Thursday from January 21 to December 9, 2027.
Cost & Payment
Tuition is $1,500. Registrants can pay in full or register using coupon code PAYPLAN; PWN will then send an invoice and a payment schedule. Please note: a small administrative fee will be added to installment payments.
Your registration will not be considered complete until your payment, payment plan, or scholarship seat has been confirmed.
